Over the course of 9 years with this agency, she led all departmental operations and initiatives while managing an agency budget of approximately $13 million. A few of her additional responsibilities as chief operating officer included employee evaluations and conflict resolution. Between 2010 and 2012, Jennifer Soto served as the director of financial aid at Florida Technical College. Ms. Soto graduated from New York City’s Interboro Institute with an associates degree in paralegal studies in 2004. More recently, she enrolled in a business administration program at Valencia College in Kissimmee. Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, she enjoys leading an active lifestyle. A few of her interests include salsa dancing, competing in CrossFit challenges, and pursuing interior design work.
