family and marking a new special date in the calendar.

This was my first day 1st grade and this was huge for me becoming a 1st grader. I started having full day of school and not just an A.M or P.M. class and I started to feel more grown up like I wasn’t the youngest in the school anymore.

This was the first day of quarantine. All of are schools were shut down for two weeks or so we though at the time. Ewe all thought that it would be two weeks noschool mean how amazing does that sound. Well it turned into almost 2 years of heavy quarantine and zoom/hybrid learning I mean COVID really took the world by storm.

This was my last day of 5th grade. A long 6 year charter at Greenbrier Elementary School had sadly come to an end and it was now its time for me to move onto the next chapter of my life Middle School which trust me we will get to.

This was my frst day 6th grade and or Middle School. This was a fresh start but just like kindergarten I’m the youngest in the school I was a scared little 6th grader just hoping to not get lost and find all her classes not even knowing how much would happen in the next 3 years ahead.

This day was important to me because this was the day that I graduated 8th grade from Thomas Middle School. There was so many emotions that day and again this was a huge milestone. Now I had high school to worry about and having to leave my best friends that I met 3 years ago behind and we go different ways to different high schools.

Now this leads me to today the first day of freshman year. I am once again the youngest at the school with some of the same worries as my 6th grade self. Will I get lost? Will I make friends? Which turnsut ys to both just like Middle School.
