Sure the knight has all of his armor and training but the samurai is more trained and disaplined. Because of his Zen Buddhism worshippings, he will be able to ignore almost any injury he has making the knight confused and flustered. The samurai is also trained in sword fighting to find the apponents weak point and the knights armor has creases and cracks that make him vulnerable.
