In this module i've learned the importance of corporate governance, the social responsibility of businesses, and the importance of diversity in the workplace. These important topics are essential to any business, and how i plan to implement them is by ensuring that we run as a team equally. Making it one of the top priorities to help make the community better, and delete all discriminations in the workplace.

https://www.nytimes.com/2015/09/30/business/a-lack-of-consensus-on-corporate-governance.html
https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/24/opinion/business-social-responsibility-proposition-c.html
https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/306977

With this in mind. i plan to utilize this information by whenever deciding to go global i know the do's an don't's of being a international manager. How to appropriately employ members of the community and how to properly train them to work in a business that is not typically ran in that environment.

https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/159252
https://www.businessnewsdaily.com/8211-expand-business-internationally.html
https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/237222

Strategic planning and effective decisions can provide the best outcome you can hope to receive, and by utilizing methods such as S.W.O.T can boost the opportunity cost in any decision made.

Developing a solid culture within a organization is absolutely vital to sustaining efficiency. In the first article it talks about where and how the downfall started in Wells Fargo culture, how employees were pressured into going against code of ethics in order to reach certain numbers in statements. Failing to establish an efficient culture can have your entire company running with their heads cut off, we must learn how to create clear goals and delegate properly to ensure exceptional production. Using this knowledge will help me understand that I don't have to everything myself, and that if I want to be a great leader I need to prioritize teamwork before all.

https://www.nytimes.com/2016/10/09/jobs/what-went-awry-at-wells-fargo-the-beaten-path-of-a-toxic-culture.html
https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/280795
https://www.businessnewsdaily.com/8643-leader-delegation.html

Without Leadership how can you possibly run a successful business? Without motivated employees how can you expect exceptional production? Answer is you can't. That alone shows how important these topics are in business, being a leader is showing that titles don't matter and that my position and authority won't dictate how I operate as a manager. Motivating employees to strive for excellence will guarantee you great performance, leadership and motivating go hand and hand because they contain similar components. Being a great leader is what i strive for in my business, and ensuring that I am not a one man team.

https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/322441
https://www.nytimes.com/2013/03/02/opinion/the-presence-of-leadership.html
https://www.businessnewsdaily.com/10731-money-not-enough.html

Having control over the performance and the production of the company can be a great feeling, but when is there too much power? Understanding the power and control you have in certain positions and how to perform them correctly can ease off so much stress that comes later down the line. On a other note, we also have to consider how we delegate what powers to certain managers such as operations and performance managers because they are in charge of how organization goals are going to be met. I personally take this in consideration because if i act too much of an boss centered manger I fear I will lose the respect and hard work of my employees.

https://www.entrepreneur.com/article/277127
https://www.businessnewsdaily.com/5678-value-chain-analysis.html
https://www.businessnewsdaily.com/1910-power-tall-illusion.html
