Company’s aim is to combine universities, companies, and government. Using this platform student’s have easier way to search internships or jobs. Students and companies do not have to spend hours of research to find the best applicant. In this platform (website) students and the companies can send messages/applications to each other and then “pair up”. 

Younger part of the generation has been noticed significant unemployment rate. Usually this is because they do not have enough work experience, especially in their own education.

For example, University of Eastern Finland, Economics side do not have compulsory internships.

Then, what should we do? There are many fine restaurants with good quality food, but not everyone can afford to eat at these places on a daily basis. Also, these restaurants have limited options on their menu. Alternatively, most people choose frozen foods and fast foods because they are cheaper and more accessible. However, everyone is aware of their poor quality and what major health issues they can cause.

What options do we have left then? It's simple! I decided to design an online marketplace that allows people all over Finland to order their favorite dish made healthy and fresh by their certified local home chefs. In this online marketplace, you can find high-quality foods like in fine restaurants with low prices of fast foods and also the diversity of international cuisines all in one place.

How does this work? 
 Every chef makes a menu of foods that he/she is most passionate about and loves other people to try them. Chefs are ordinary people who love cooking and have good skills in cooking like a grandma who makes the best meal on the earth and loves to cook but always complains about having not much to do, or an immigrant who doesn't know the Finnish language and couldn't find a job but can offer an excellent international dish. Our company evaluates the chefs and runs a background check to ensure the quality of their menu. After approval, menus will be online, and customers can order their foods in a reasonable time so that the chefs have enough time to prepare the food (e.g., at least 24 hours before). Customers also have the right to cancel their order in time (e.g., 8 hours before delivery). Food will be delivered to customers, and customers can give feedback, rate, and recommend the chefs.

How does this platform make a profit? Easy! By connecting customers to chefs and commissioning them on their sales.
