I am writing to you to complain regarding the washing machine which I bought it from your website  before 10 days.
On Monday 2nd of November 2020 I received my goods  at 9:30am .the goods arrived on time  and I was very happy and satisfied for that. When I started to use the washing machine, I noticed  that its door was broken. After that I  tried to call and email you about it, but I have had no reply. 
On your order confirmation email it states that I can return goods within 28 days for a full refund, and that I should ring customer services to arrange a collection. I have also tried to get in contact with you to see if there is another way to replace the washing machine ,but again I have had no reply. 
I am disappointed with your customer service because they did not reply my emails and phone calls.In addition, the washing machine arrived damaged. 
I would like someone from your company to contact me and explain what the problem was and also sort out my issue. My email and phone number are on the top of the letter.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.

iI am writing to complain about BKO washing machine ,which your company had delivered  to my house 10  days before,



I was very excited to received the washing machine but, my excitement
turned  in to  sadness . It was Friday 22nd  of November 2020.When I  turned it on to wash my laundry.   as soon as I put the machine on the water started to leak from the machine door ,so I get very disappointment with this washing machine .
I had a bad and tough day after the first use of washing
because  I  had to wiped all the water    which come through  the door  in to the kitchen.
After that I tried to contact the company on 0121 6587145. but the company did not reply. Although I send them an email on BKO123@gmail.com, but they did not respond to me for 6 days. I am still waiting  and totally disappointed with your company. As you know the company has own policy that you can exchange if the product is a faulty either you can get a refund  with in 28 days.  because according to your policy I should get a refund within 28 days.

As I said before or already  I am not happy with this product
especially company responding service ,As a result or  In conclusion, I want  would like a full refund for  this product.  I paid by cash, so please  refund the money as soon as possible. My all contact details are on the top of the letter; please do not hesitate to contact to me.

I bought the shoes from your shop last Sunday 2nd January for my son because it was his birthday. However, the shoes was not what I was expecting. 
 
Firstly, l received the wrong shoes I ordered Nike shoes ,which came with box and bags. I given Adidas shoes instead.
 
Secondly, the shoes were to big for my son and the quality of the shoes was very bad. When my son tried them they were uncomfortable for him.Eeventhuogh, I had made it clear to the shop assistant. When I bought the shoes ,the shop assistant was unhelpful with me ,so I complained to the manager, but he said I didn’t order the Nike shoes.

At the end, while I waited for the  refund I filed out a feedback  form and I told that I would like you to train in costumer services and ensure that order are taken correctly. I will not be recommending your shop a gain.
