They produce food faster, they don't require the use of fossil fuels burning tools, no need for pesticides, and it reuses it's water 100%. By producing food faster it provides more produce in the market to feed more people in need. By not using fossil burning tools it is slowing down the process of Global Warming. Also, since it does not require pesticides it is protecting the ecosystem from harmful chemicals.
