         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Idea formation: it consits on the formation of the idea that later on needs to be communicated.<br>2. Message Encoding: is the procees in which an idea is put into words, simbols and gestures that have a complete meaning.<br>3: Message Transmission: When we have a message that we want to send we have to choose a medium to transmit said message, it can be sent through an email, a written letter, a text message or can be talked in person.<br>4. Decoding: Now after the message is delivered is up to the receiver to decode the message, interpret it and understand its meaning.<br>5. Feedback: The feedback occurs when the receiver&nbsp; check to ensure the message was understood as intended.</div>]]></description>
