She always worries about her students and support staff. She always answers all questions with support and encouragement. She always tries new things and tries to involve everybody in them. If she is unable to answer any questions she will do anything possible to get the answer that we need. She always goes above and beyond for everyone. This year has been so trying with all the new things that we have had to learn. But she always keeps things exciting and she has one of the biggest hearts. It has been a pleasure and my honor to be a part of her team.

In this challenging year she continues to make us all feel at ease in her classroom. Never skipping a beat with her lesson plans, her classes run smooth everyday. Our students are eager to learn what she is teaching and sharing with them. She encourages our students constantly to do their best. She comes up with experiments that she does on line,  every week encouraging our students to ask questions, with a work sheet to follow: What do you think, what did we use, what is your hypothesis?

In that time he has proven to be an invaluable faculty member. He has provided insight into much of the data that our school receives. If we are to grow as a school, we need someone who can tell us our deficits and what we should prioritize. Mark is part of the school improvement committee. He is not afraid to point out challenges or questions to the committee that are realistic and at times need to be said. Mark wants our students to reach a high level of achievement in his math classes. He is an extremely intelligent teacher with a vast knowledge of his topic of study. Eggers Middle School is lucky to have Mark Boer as our 8th grade Algebra/Math teacher.
