My family!

I love my job and my multiple hobbies but most of all, I enjoy my role as a wife and mother. I love to spend time with my husband and two daughters. We mostly like to do a lot of outdoorsy things. Recently, we have started a family garden and are getting a kick out of discovering the ins and outs together.

I am so excited to be completing my bachelor's degree. There are definitely days where it is exhausting trying to keep up with it all but I am in love with the example of perseverance it shows my children. I have always wanted to be a teacher and I think it is amazing that even though I am pushing 30 years old, I am still making my dreams come true!

Teaching young minds

I am currently a daycare teacher in the age range from 8 weeks old to 18 months old. I will be transferring to an elementary classroom in the Fall to teach 2nd graders. I love being with the babies and watching them grow and witness all the first. However, I am just as excited to continue the journey of teaching and watching my future students become more confident in their academics and social skills.
