         <description><![CDATA[<div>Roman soldiers started to be lazy because they hadn't been attacked in a long while. This made them fall apart and not use their armor. When an attack occurred, they were unprepared and died because of stupid decisions and poor leadership. If it wasn't for this Rome would have had a better chance even though the plagues attacked them later. they would have had more survivors.</div>]]></description>
