   Your time with us has truly been impactful! You've really made a positive difference at our site  and so we are fortunate to have had you help us.  You will be missed.
 
Thank you for everything, for being so  hands-on and helping us to reshape and rethink, how we gathered and share important information across to our residents, preceptors and staff.  For sharing your ideas and resources to make every experience and activity all it could be for residents, possible.

 I wish you all the best with family, health and work. I look forward to working with you in the future as I know we will see each other again so this is not good-bye.
