In 2013 I began working at The Bridge House. I have had the privilege of running admissions, counseling, groups, peer supervision, insurance billing, HR, & supervision.

I am Laura Crosby, and I am excited to serve as a co-facilitator for the Community of Practice. I am the Workforce Development Coordinator for the Bureau of Substance Addiction Services at the Department of Public Health. I consider myself a Learning Experience Designer, passionate about creating engaging and impactful learning opportunities.

In my role as co-facilitator, I bring expertise in facilitation, knowledge-sharing, and strategic learning to support our Community of Practice. I look forward to collaborating, exchanging insights, and fostering collective growth and professional development.

I am the Director of Hector Reyes House in Worcester, and I am really excited to be in this community of practice with you!

I have about 38 years of experience working in the field of trauma healing, with the last eight years specifically at the intersection of trauma, substance use disorder, and mental health.

I am a creator who loves spending time looking for new experiences and snuggling with my dog.
