Is it possible that one meeting could be split in two parts? The first 15-30 minutes, maybe mentors could discuss/troubleshoot with other mentors on how to better support mentees and mentees just debrief with one another (this could be helpful for new mentors or those struggling to support their mentee for whatever reason.) Then in the second portion of the meeting, mentors meet with their mentee to have a 30 minute debrief/brainstorm/discussion that could also be added to their logs? Sometimes, time is the biggest issue in being able to meet and discuss things. This way time would be built in.
