In this role, he was responsible for vendor coordination and tenant relations in the management of commercial properties. Zvi Feiner spent four years with the company before joining New York's Plaza Associates as director of acquisitions. While working toward an MBA with a focus in real estate from Roosevelt University, Zvi Feiner worked as chief financial officer of Orchard Court Partnership Healthcare where, through three years, he facilitated more than $200 million in healthcare transactions and provided financial analysis of real estate transactions. After earning his MBA, he founded the Feiner Investment Corporation and later was a founding principal of Wi-Fi Investments.
