Dear Shawn,

how are you doing in Canada? I remembered you wanted to know about Singapore past before 1819. So from my knowledge, I wrote this email to tell you about it! So, I found 3 Pictures that i found very interesting.
There's the defense, transport and occupation. So first let me tell you about the defense.Singapore defense was very good but not as good as today obviously. As you can see the picture, they use arrowheads as their defense before 1819.
Next lets talk about the occupation. Most people work as fishermans, it was the most
common occupation before 1819.
Lastly, there's transport, as you can see in the picture, people before 1819 use boats to travel from one place to another. Last time they didn't have the amount of electricity to make there transportation. So after this email , I hope you understand more about Singapore past.Hope to see you soon! Take Care!

Love,
Magdalene
