• rewriting and strengthening your weaknesses, such as writing a good thesis or counterargument, will raise the score of your essay dramatically and improve your writing. make sure to try!
• try to speaking to the teacher who actually grades your essays during the practice hours of class. by understanding what a grader wants, your essay will gradually get better.
• google is your friend. and youtube. anything you need reviewing on is there.

• focus on what you're reading. forget about whatever that's going on outside of the test room because how you feel about the day walking in will surely affect your testing!
• take your time on the questions you understand, getting the answers right help more than rushing to get it all done. if you don't understand something, give it another try before moving on. some things are simply hard to read, even for an ap student.
