Certain carbohydrates can trigger your brain to crave that certain food. Carbohydrates do not make you feel full like proteins do, therefore when these cravings hit, you'll end up overeating with the thought that you're hungry. Some carbohydrates ca even give a person such a strong craving for that food that they feel like they need it. </div>]]></description>
