It is said that people over 50 don't get enough fiber a day. <br>- fat-free or low-fat milk, cheese, &amp; soy rice, calcium, to meet your vitamin D and calcium needs to maintain bone health. <br>- seafood, lean meats, poultry, and eggs to get the needed protein a day. <br>- beans, nuts, and seeds for fiber so it reduces the chance of heart disease &amp; type 2 diabetes  </div>]]></description>
