Love that we are doing all domains and not just math and literacy, as that was our focus for the last one when common core just came out.

I agree that having a clear alignment from 0-8 helps create a clear sense that EC is inclusive of that full age group. This also helps everyone see how skills connect across ages--how what happens at 3 builds to 4 builds to kindergarten.

My hope this approach will also help us to keep DAP in K-3, but is also a challenge....which makes me wonder if there is a way to incorporate supportive practices or is that too much? just a thought as my work and passion is trying to keep DAP in K-3.

Include the Year the NVACs or other Standards were revised. Right now the only clue is the NDE logo and how old it is. :)

I like the term "map" to describe this alignment. It could be helpful as previously suggested to use a visual of a map to clearly show the progression and where the learning is growing.

Perhaps include description or introductory countent about Developmentally Appropriate Practices Kindergarten Policy Statement.

Too many acronyms may be a little confusing.

I imagine it'd be hard to crosswalk, but what about crosswalking best practices that don't live within "Standards"? Such as English Language Development and Special Education. Those documents are probably something important to look at and incorporate.
