As soon as the mixture has become clear with the whisk still in operation, you can add the mascarpone <strong>cheese</strong>, little by little. <br>Once you have incorporated all the cheese, you will have a thick and compact cream; <br>Keep it aside. <br>- Clean the whips very well and go to whisk the egg whites pouring the remaining sugar. <strong>Whip the egg whites until stiff.</strong></div><div>- <strong>Mix egg yolks and whites</strong> very gently from bottom to top. <br>Once ready, spread a large spoonful of cream on the bottom of a baking <strong>tin</strong> 30x20 cm <br>- Then soak for a few <strong>seconds</strong> the biscuits in cold coffee already sweetened, first on one side and then on the other. <br>As you spread the biscuits on the cream, all in <strong>line</strong>, so <strong>put</strong> a portion of mascarpone cream. <br><strong>Continue</strong> to distribute the biscuits soaked in coffee, then make another layer of cream. <br>- Spread the surface and sprinkle with bitter cocoa powder and let it cool down in the refrigerator for a couple of hours . <br>Your tiramisù cake is ready to be tasted!</div><div><br>By <strong>Meriem P.</strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>INGREDIENTS:</div><ul><li>150g butter</li><li>275g caster (superfine) sugar</li><li>75g cocoa</li><li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract</li><li>3 eggs</li><li>75g flour</li></ul><div><br>DIRECTIONS:</div><div>Preheat oven to 160°C, lace the butter, sugar and cocoa in a saucepan over low heat and stir until the butter has melted. Spoon into a bowl and add the vanilla and eggs whisking well. Sift the flour over the mixture and fold in to combine. Spoon the mixture into a square cake tin lined with non-stick baking paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until centre is just set. Cool in tin and cut into squares to serve. On top you can sprinkle with some icing sugar.</div><div>Serve as it is or with some nice vanilla icecream.
