There is one near our house, and my brother joined it last year. He says good, I will go there tomorrow. Usually, I used to go to the gym in the city center, which is very far away, but it was good. I am glad that you asked me about how to maintain fitness. If you really want to maintain fitness, you must organize your day from the beginning. My daily schedule is that when I wake up, I eat a healthy breakfast, then I walk in the garden. An hour after that. I return home, shower, then go to work. After work. I go to the gym and do cardio for an hour and a half, but Friday is a rest day to maintain your effort. I hope my learnings will be a benefit for you.
