         <description><![CDATA[<div>I noticed that the average number of spots first increased, but after some time the number of spots decreased, and then once again started to increase. If predators were introduced then the spots would decrease because the males would try to avoid being eaten. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I noticed that the number of spots fluctuated, roughly corresponding to the percentage of females (an increase in spots usually occurred with an increase in female percentage). Adding some predators to the simulation would likely decrease the average number of spots, as more obvious visual traits would be more vulnerable to predation. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I noticed that as the simulation ran for longer the distribution of spots tended to fluctuate, but towards the end of my observation it favored a decreasing average number of spots. The female population also increased during the periods when there were higher averages in spots because the males with more spots likely fell prey to the predators. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I noticed that at first, the average number of spots decreased slightly, and then for the first 15-20 generations it remained about the same - very close to to the initial mean. After about 20 generations, it started to decline and then stayed a pretty consistent 3-4, which is below the mean. I imagine that if you added some predators into the simulation, the average number of spots would decline because the males with more spots would be easier prey for the predators. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In my simulation the average number of spots started out at five, but quickly grew to around 7.5 spots and hovered around that value for the rest of the simulation. I would expect that if we introduced predators into the simulation we would see the number of spots decline to a smaller average value, since a greater number of spots might cause the male guppies to be eaten by predators more often, thereby becoming genetically disadvantageous.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I noticed that the average number of spots increased, then decreased. The decrease corresponded to the increase in female population. As the female population shrank, the spots (males) increased to make up the difference. If we added predators, overtime I think the number of spots would lessen because the fish with the most prominent spots would be eaten. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The average number of spots increased to 6.5 at the beginning, and then began to drop around 5, with the lowest reaching 3.8. But most of the time it is around 5. If predators are added, the simulation will decrease rapidly, because the spots are more likely to be found by predators. In order to survive, the females will also choose less bright males to mate.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>dThe distribution of spots first spiked at 5 for the first few minutes, then shifted over to 6. The percent female has been more zigzag moving +/- 5% at the 50% then dipped down to around 40% when the number of spots increased in the male population. Then the zigzag moved +/-10% with the 50% as mean.&nbsp;I think the average number of spots will reduce to 5 or below.</div>]]></description>

If predators were introduced in the simulation, I think the average number of spots would decrease, because there are more threats in the environment. </div>]]></description>
