To get started with Blackout Poetry, the first step is to find and interesting article. You can go to Wonderopolis or any other website with fun articles. Make sure is something you are really interested in. You must like the topic or be curious about it. Continue by reading the article and circling the most important words or short phrases that can reflect the main idea of the article but be careful not to circle to many details. After that read the words you circled to make sure they reflect the meaning idea. When you are sure they do, blackout the rest of the text leaving visible only the words you circled. That is your poem! Last give it to a friend and ask him or her to read it and figure out the topic and main idea of the original text. Do you know how to create a black out article? do you want to make a black out article ? Well it is simple. To get stared you will need an article and make sure that the article is the one that you like. After that you will need to circle the words that are relate to the tile . Then when you finish circling the words go to your Chromebook or computer and black out everything except for the words you circled. After that make sure that all of the words you didn't
