We try very hard to be student-centered and transparent with each other. Since 3 out of 4 have worked with each other the past 3 years, we have the experiences to know that we work well in a PLC together. This year as we incorporate a new person to our team, we have been having conversations about consistency and making sure that we all understand one another and our goals for the year.
