         <description><![CDATA[<div>Problem solving: Student Loan Debts<br><br></div><div>·Before we continue our study at higher educational level. We must finished first our study at primary and secondary school</div><div>·Mostly after taking SPM, student will continue their study at higher education institute offering a diploma/degree, matriculation or any higher educational institute appointed by ministry of higher education Malaysia</div><div>·Student can choose whether to take a scholarship both offered by government and private agencies or a loan to help them in term of finance at the higher education institute later.<br><br></div><div><strong>Cons&nbsp;<br></strong><br></div><div>-Can cause student to stress and sometime will affect their life because it’s taking to much time to pay the debt if not planning carefully</div><div>-Student who not afford to pay or don't, their name will be blacklisted by the CTOS or CCRIS (central credit reference information system) and they will not be able to make a loan from the bank until they are fully settle the debt. Which mean that they cannot go to the other country outside Malaysia&nbsp;</div><div>-Student also have to pay more because the interest is included according to the amount of agreement the loan provided by government agencies such as PTPTN.<br><br></div><div><strong>Solution&nbsp;<br></strong><br></div><div>-Ask the loan provider parties if they have short or long term method to settle the debt. For example PTPTN have method of payment conventionally or ujrah</div><div>-Plan to manage their money according to the need not desires if they still studying or working</div><div>-Saving at least 30% of the amount of money received from their salary to settle the debt and for savings</div><div>-Do the side job or part time jobs like online business or others to increase their income</div><div>-Lastly, student must consistent to pay their debt according to the agreement that their agreed for example in 5 to 10 years.
