I think that the wolves need to be protected by the Endangered Species Act because they are just trying to find food to survive. We were the ones who invaded and took over there land and pushed them back. Hunters are killing them for intruding on their property and they are slaughtering wolves. The hunters say, “they are killing our deer that we hunt.” The hunters hunt for sport or fun, but the wolves hunt for survival and to raise pups they don’t have supermarkets and general stores like we do they need to hunt for there future generations to even exist. If hunter's keep killing wolves then all wolves will become extinct and the whole food web will come falling down buffaloes, elk, and everything else that wolves eat will overpopulate and then they will eat all producers they find and then they die as well as all primary secondary consumers, etc.

Carrying capacity can affect an ecosystem by going over the carrying capacity you have less food to go around for other animals. Prey/Predator population an affect an ecosystem by the prey dies the predator can die of starvation then the rest of the ecosystem will over populate and there food source will run out. The sea turtle (predator) population is 25 to 23. The sponge (Prey) population is 11% to 358 left. Competition can affect an ecosystem by animals that eat the same food they will fight over the food and the biggest/strongest will always win and if the biggest animal (sea turtle) eats all the food then the other animal (Queen angelfish) will get no food and die of starvation. Physical changes can affect a population because if a fish gets cut from a shark bite and lives then the fish has to eat more so it can heal and then there is less food. Biological changes can affect a population because if a chemical gets dumped in to the ocean then the ocean gets more acidic then the fish get very sick and they might die from those chemicals.
