In the future christmas traditions may stay as they are but with technologies advancements we will probably add more, like celebrate christmas beyond earth, all of us will go on a trip to mars and decorate our own spacecrafts.

Our aunt's gift won't ever be socks again, clothes will advance to another level of usage, our shirts will be full of tech, they will measure our heart frequency, people will know where we are because they will have a tagger that is traceable by our phones, so christmas won't ever be boring again!
