My name is Noah. In my experience, test anxiety does exist, especially when there is a noticeable nervousness before important exams. I believe that moderate anxiety is beneficial as it can motivate me to prepare more seriously, but excessive anxiety can affect my thinking and even lead to poor performance. I think the key to overcoming test anxiety lies in finding the right way to prepare for tests, managing time wisely, and using emotional regulation methods in order to remain calm and confident in dealing with test stress.
