on my about me presentation I talked about about my hobbies, what I do in my spare time and my goals in life. I have developed my confidence in life buy presenting a lot in front of people to grow confidence. I presented my points and goals well. I could improve the amounts of points I say and talk about my goals more. 

evidence 2-
to enroll into college I had an interview with my old course leader then an interview with  jazz. I had to communicate with them both well on why I wanted to make the move onto this course.  communicating with them both went well because I was moved onto the course. 

evidence 2--interview for job

for my interview i had a phone call interview then in person interview to make sure i was the right person or the job. explain the activity- table top scenario. we was given a scenario and had to think of how to defuse it with any public service of our choice. 

what went well?- communicating as a team to put all our ideas into one to solve the problem given and to save as many people as possible.

what did not go well?- the time it took for my team and I to come up with an idea could of been quicker to save more people and avoid less damage in other incidents.

what would you change/ improve?
one thing I could improve on is contributing my ideas more.

Evidence 2- explain the activity- the terrorist attack, we was given a riddle to figure out and when we found it out we was given a clue to get closer to finding out where the bomb was.

what went well- figuring out the riddles and getting the clues faster to figure out who had the bomb before any one else figured out.

what did not go well- onw thing that didn't go well in our group was some people was not trying there best and took to long to go and find the clues outside and bring them back to the group inside which slowed down the group to get the next clue.

what would you change/ improve?
I would change the people that went outside to find the clues because they wasn't fast enough and slowed the team down.

Evidence 3- explain the activity- there was a terrorist attack in the bus station and we had to spend a certain amount of money sending out some public services to try and stop the terrorist attack.

what went well- I communicated well and we stopped the terrorist attack with some money left over.

what did not go well- planning where we would put our public service and which one we wanted to buy took a while as  we all had disagreements.

what would you change/improve-I would change the PowerPoint we had to keep all the public services on because it wasn't neat and made figuring out how much we had spent difficult.
