We go to my aunt's house, on my moms side. My whole family including, my Mom, Dad, Sisters, Brother, Aunts, Uncle, Cousins, Grandma, and Grandpa, all gather there. After we eat dinner, the adults usually talk upstairs a little bit while the kids have a really enjoyable time downstairs playing sports like knee hockey, football, or soccer. After about a half hour, all the kids start racing up the stairs when dessert is out. After dessert, we ALWAYS put on our pajamas and open our presents! We gather in the living room and open our own little mountain of presents! (My favorite part of Christmas Eve is putting on our Christmas pajamas and opening presents.) The reason we open our presents on Christmas Eve is because on Christmas Day I go to my dad's side of the family. We play Christmas music and just have a great time! I really love Christmas Eve! On Christmas Eve each kid is allowed to open 4 presents and the rest gets opened on Christmas Day.  My family always comes to my house and sleeps over. Every year we wear pajamas or ugly sweaters. One of my friends that I have known for 9 years, comes over and we watch Christmas movies and wait until the cookies are done. Then before everybody eats, the kids sprinkle a mix of oatmeal and glitter all over the lawn for the reindeer. Santa Tracker  is on the T.V or computer as we patiently wait until eleven thirty, as we are full of delicious food. We leave cookies and milk by the tree. When we wake up we eat pancakes and bacon and we open presents. When my cousin was younger she started our tradition which still goes on today. She started out playing the violin. After only 5 years of preforming she passed the torch down to my other cousin who plays the saxophone. Then when she was 20 she passed the torch down to me. Every year I look forward to doing this because me and my family always gather together just to do our tradition. My great grandpa (who is no longer with us) always had the part "5 Golden Rings." So everyone is quiet while the saxophone is playing, an we remember and honor my grandpa. But after

Then my uncle reads the night before Christmas and if you have one of the words that is highlighted in the book you get a present. But when all the presents are gone we get to steal from our relatives. After we open all the presents my grandma gives my sister, me, and my two cousins pj's. On Christmas day my parents get up with my sister and I and we exchange the presents we got for each other. Then my grandma comes over and we give her her presents from us. We go to my cousins house, I cherish these times so much because I never see them. We all eat dinner that is catered from the best place in the world. After we open all the presents my cousins and I go in the basement and play video games till we have to leave. We have the best time because we have no clue how to play it.
