I think that cloning is a good idea in general, as it could help to mass produce organs that can be used for people who need organ donations. That being said, I also believe that people who are on the receiving end of these organs should be morally okay with the prospect of having a cloned body part, and their opinions/choices should be respected.

I think it is ones choice to donate a part of their body, and they know the risks that come with it. Many times individuals are unable to live of the life they had thought of and they would instead like to give another person a second chance at life, by helping them. To me, I would like to become an organ donor, giving another human a second chance at life, saving someones life.

I think gene cloning has its pros and cons, but in some case it could be used because organ donation is quite common and can help others' lives, and it may even be beneficial for plants. - it seems to me that in terms of selective breeding, there are alot of ethical/moral grey spaces, as people are manipulating animals for their own benefit. it's an interesting way to look at it, as we don't view animals as part of society. not to mention a lot of breeders break laws an interbreed exotic species on the brink of extinction

I feel that biological advancements need to be prioritized as in the future it may help in ensuring a longer life of an individual, things such as stem cell harvesting and then cloning organs of organ transplants can literally be life saving and should be more widely funded
