Un gran logro a nivel nacional por la lucha constante de lideres de las comunidades y de Asamblea de los Pueblos del Sur en haber ganado judicialmente en primera y segunda instancias la paralización de la extracción minera en Rió Blanco en la ciudad de Cuenca.
