Sin embargo para las alumnas también lo es pues es difícil la comunicación fluida entre ellas (zoomers y roomers)
Cuando las alumnas quieren participar, se elije primero una del salón y después dos del zoom. Pedimos que siempre traten de hablar alto y pausado.
A veces mandamos a la TA a un breakout room con las zoomers y la miss se queda con las roomers o viceversa (esto es lo mejor pero no siempre se puede).
También hacemos breakout rooms entre las zoomers y breakout rooms entre las roomers balanceado las habilidades de las chicas.

Because we are doing a good job getting the students in on rotation, and the point of them being in school is to interact with friends and teachers. Given that almost all of the students are in on rotation and everyone gets a chance to be here physically, maybe it's OK to focus more on those in school, because that's the point and we know we'll get the others in over the following days. We are not mixing roomers and zoomers because we want the roomers to interact face to face as opposed to through the screen. The zoomers can be put into breakout rooms. You can also have Roomers join zoom with audio off. Roomers can be put in groups together and speak to each other in the classroom while Zoomers can work in breakout rooms. More time for girls to just chat with each other would be great. Very positive responses. They say they miss school and are happy to be back. Some girls also expressed their fears and anxiety of going back after so long and some of the girls even forgot how to interact with each other.
