Working from home brings both positives as well as negatives. However, it is peak time for opening the office working method as work from home makes people less social and it has make people sticken more to technology which somehow has reduced the level of productivity of employees. But it has become boon for the international workers because they can easily access work from distinct regions. Hence, only a limited level of work from home should stay and the other needed to be the office work as before Covid-19

Yes, working from home does save a lot of time, hassle and money even getting into the workplace and is a lot safer considering we have a pandemic going around. There are a lot of benefits, but it shouldn't stay this way once the pandemic isn't such a serious issue anymore. With most jobs, communication with your co-workers is key. It is much easier to communicate in person rather than having to wait for a response from your co-worker who might be taking a Netflix break instead of being in front of their computer working.

I believe that working remotely has its own problems, but I personally prefer to work remotely. We can have meeting with colleagues and supervisors once a week and I believe that is enough.

Sure there are applications like zoom and different social media platforms to make friends and to learn, but being there in-person, for me, completes the full experience of "college-life".

‘Working from home’ has always been there but this pandemic has made it a necessity. Some people find it better to work from home while others find it more efficient to actually get ready and go to their offices and then work. According to me, it should be flexible because every person is different and they perform the best when they work in the way they are the most comfortable in and it also depends on the kind of job that one performs for example; meetings can be conducted through online platforms but using machinery to produce something cannot be done from home. Hence, covid has made everyone understand that working remotely is not as hard as they used to think it is and it is possible for them to complete their tasks from the comfort of their homes but it is also not possible to do each and every task from home because it is practically impossible to operate huge machineries from our homes. So, I feel that this concept has always been there and will always be there, not at the same extent as it is now during the pandemic but more than what it was in the past before covid.

Work from home has many advantages such as saving money and time, sending more time with family, better time management with flexible schedule. However, it has its downsides as well such as network issues, getting bored, low work efficiency. I feel that work from home has its own merits and demerits but if we think about the future then work from home is there to stay with us because every job requires one result viz. working efficiently and delivering best results so the tasks that can be done from home more efficiently should be done from home and others that can be done better at office should be done at office only. This way people can work with more flexibility.

Work from home is like a coin that has 2 sides for some it's a bane and for some, it's a boon. Though remote working had helped in saving jobs especially of the employees and students who used to travel from far to there office and school and it had to save their time and travelling expenses .and all the thanks go to the apps like zoom and google meet. But everything comes with a cost as many people are facing depression and are getting irritated a lot by following the same ritual in one side of the room. moreover this had also made them less social and this is specially seen in kids nor they are taking there studies seriously for instance, my brother neither taken any of his class seriously and nor he gave his exam on his own so what is the purpose of teaching if nothing is getting in the mind of student. So even after the pandemic get over or came under control offices and schools should be open if we want the future bright.

I believe that working from home will remain relevant even after the pandemic ends. These 1.5 years has made the employers and employees adapt to the new changes in the working environment as it was not possible to commute to the offices to accomplish the organizational goals. Technology played the key role in this regard and new inventions are being made to make this method more effective. Due to its numerous advantages, organizations would prefer to continue with this for the type of jobs which do not require to travel to offices. However, work from home is not going to completely replace traditional working styles in the near future.

I believe that both have their own bright and dark sides and we shouldnt think in a black and white thinking way. I think in this case, after the pandemic ended, employees should decide whether they want keep working remotely or get back to offices. However, I personally prefer getting back to office and campus. Its true that we can save money by working and studying remotely but having the chance to live and learn together is priceless.

I've been working during covid 19 pandemic , as a Airport Service Agent , not remotaly but as a person , my job position require a lots of procedures concerned safety , check in , Boarding and Disembarking .

I believe those people who has a chance to work as home office they have more safety , in order to comply with lockdown requeriments from their city or state , they can easily work , and care more about their family members . This is a good way to maintain their job position safe , so they dont have a risk to lose their jobs. However , some people like me , working as a person , have more risk to be infected by covid 19, such as Nurse,Doctors, Drivers etc
I believe this two sides are important and cannot stop .

My opine is that working from home has both pros and cons. Initially when COVID-19 started there were mixed opinions of people ,some liked to stay at home while others were not satisfied with work from home . However ,majority of the people enjoyed working from home as they can spend most of the time with their family members and also they can take a break from their hectic schedule in the light of the fact that it will assist them in relieving stress as well as they can enjoy their time .But when it is safe to go back to work I feel many of the population will prefer to stay back at home and continue their work. Moreover, work from home brings flexibility in the hectic lives of all the individuals.
