~ Water services get disrupted
~100 fires caused throughout the city
~Rail tracks of the Shinkansen bullet train were fractured in eight places.
~collapsed of buildings blocks off-road thus preventing fire fighters from saving people that are stuck in a collapsed buildings.

What kind of impact does that cause?

1)Eg. Prevents ambulance from travelling on road because of the cracks in the road and distorted roads and risk of buildings collapsing.

2)Eg.  Gas pipe breaks and  there's spark so fire is formed so there's air pollution.
