  • There are many forests and trees
  • There are farms with livestock such as cows
  • Lots of open plains to grow crops
  • There are many rivers and streams
  • The town is near Lake Champlain, so we can get water
  • It has a relatively small population so there wouldn't be many zombies attacking there
  • It gets very cold in the winter, so zombies can't survive there
