Good selection of resources that were meaningful and thought provoking. Lectures provided the participants with a comprehensive overview and equipped them with sufficient knowledge and skills to build up their expertise in supporting student with SEN. Examining the EF and APIE processes by applying it to a case study has helped the participants gain a deeper understanding and hands on experience of using it in practise. Spectra school teachers are good and experienced in the teaching of SEN children (given the school profile). Hence they will benefit more from varied learning if they have the chance to mingle and learn from other schools' participants. 
Overall, facilitating with my TG class was smooth and we learned from one another. Told them to throw away the hat they wear in school and come in with an open mind. First day was a bit muted, everyone testing water I guess. Second day was okay. Compared with the previous runs, I like the schedule flow of this session. They have more time for discussion and came up with better presentation ideas and slides. We used the chat function in zoom a lot to ask questions, give feedback and links to useful sites etc. Overall a good experience. Some commented that the e-lecture content on the application of EF and APIE in the case study was not clearly demonstrated so they did not fully understand it. I had to go through the slides and provide further explanation and examples before they were able to apply the framework (for everyone). There were some Crest and Spectra teachers, and the other teachers were curious about the profile of these schools. Time-wise, it was just right.
