Henry Morton Stanley is accused of killing 10,000,000 of the Congolese and I know this because only cared about his glory and fame. He only cared about his land and how big it can get so he can get his glory and fame. He wouldn't care if he had to mass murder the Congolese, if it got him fame he didn't care. He also made the Congolese sign a treaty basically making them turn over their land to him for some rubber and so other stuff that he said was good but it really wasn't. Because of that he was stealing from them because he didn't care.
