It's really important to try to keep your personal problems outside the classroom. Believe or not this could be a major disaster and a lot of teacher's tend to do that and they don't even notice. Imagine enter in the class all angry because you got a big problem at home with your kids and discount on your students. NO SENSE!!! So try to forget that and do your best work!!.

Trying to be creative could be a useful weapon in a good way. Creating different's class for the students, trying new activities could be a good thing. Could you imagine going to class and every day is the same thing? Couldn't be more boring. Trying different activities and asking your student's what they would like more It's always valid.

Not only if you're a teacher, but who anything you work with.
Respect doesn't mean you have to "like"them or being their best friend. When you respect them, they tend to do the same.

A good teacher tends to listen to students when they feel like. They seems to respond very well, because they actually feel apart of the class. We need to listen and ask if they're having some problem with the subjects so we can solve. It's good to show we are interested in what they have to suggest or say.
