I consider the Di-gi-tal Heroes eTwinning project to be an innovative and highly valuable educational initiative aligned with the needs of the digital age. Through meaningful interactions with both national and international peers, they learned to communicate safely and ethically in digital environments. We placed special importance on developing students’ awareness of digital citizenship. Students learned how to behave responsibly, respectfully, and safely in online environments. My students and I feel grateful to be a part of this project. Together, we deepened our understanding of what digital citizenship entails. Also, my students learned to collaborate, developed their English skills, as well as their awareness about digital citizenship. I hope I get to work together with this team again in the future!
