When I am told I have to write, the first thought that comes to mind is "I do not want to write anything." I honestly don't mind writing, but some subjects or topics come more natural than others.

I am more of a hands-on learner. When I learn things hands-on, I feel I get a better understanding of the material. I remember new information by making quizlets and reviewing them daily.

For the last three years, I have been a phlebotomist. I have worked in the hospital, in an outpatient setting, in a drug and alcohol rehab center, and a private doctor's office. Before working as a phlebotomist, I was a bartender and server.

My biggest hobby is yoga. I have been practicing for about 12 years and teaching for almost 7. Yoga has changed my life and I am very passionate about it.

My favorite season, hands down, is summer. My birthday is in the summer and I also love going to the beach. I was born and raised here, so the beach during the summertime is a must for me.
