MEETS EXPECTATIONS
- After a mistake is found, the leader gathers their team and explains what the mistake was and how it was found. The leader then supports the team by asking them to be vulnerable and speak up (privately, after the meeting) if they had a part in the mistake. Anyone who speaks up should be thanked and praised for their courage in coming forward. The team member is met with compassion and an offer of training / support from their team lead.
