         <description><![CDATA[<div>When you are serving on a trail jury you decide if the defendant committed the crime as charged if you are serving on a criminal case. You might even have to decide whether the defendant injured the plaintiff if you are serving on a civil case.<br><br>A trial jury usually consists of 6-12 people. While being a juror you will attend public trials but your fellow jurors and you will do your deliberations in private. If you are serving on a criminal case then you will say guilty or not guilty. If you are serving on a civil case you are in favor of the plaintiff or defendant</div>]]></description>
