My name is Mercè, and as you know, I'll be your teacher this school year.
My favourite colour is blue (even though I'm not wearing blue on this picture); & you'll notice that I'll be wearing quite a few blue t-shirts & blue jeans during the course.
Regarding hobbies, I love reading & going to the movies.
I also love travelling & I have lived, worked and studied, in various countries, such as the United Kingdom, the USA and Germany. And I really enjoyed all of them!!!
What about you? Do we have anything in common? I guess our passion for English!!!

My name is Cristina, i'm happy to start the course because I like to learning english and to meeting people.
I was born in Barcelona and I live in Alt Urgell since last year, so I'm knowing this place.
I like a lot of hobbies (listening and dancing music, doing sport, cooking, travelling,...) but I don't have enough time to do all of them usually.

I have a lot of hobbies!! Listening to music, going to concerts, skateboarding, going to the beach, traveling to others countries or towns, visiting family and friends, drawing, reading comics ... I´m excited to continue my English adventure. I think that we have a big oportunity to learn English, because we are only three in class!! I´m from Almeria but I have lived in a lot of cities . I have been living in La Seu d´Urgell for 6 years. I like this area. I work in the airport, it´s a joke haha!

I was born in Banyoles, Pla de l’Estany, but I live in Prullans de Cerdanya since 2016. I’m a French teacher in the secondary school and I decided to move to the Pyrenees because I’m a mountain lover. I like running and hiking in the mountains. Sometimes I guide the people to the mountains and when I have on holidays I travel to the North: Iceland and Norway. They are my favourites places on the world. I have a dog called Taga who to go with me on my adventures. My dream is to go to live in the North so I need a good level of English!

I’m from Mussa, a little town in la Cerdanya. I’m a music therapist and I work in Andorra, at the Hospital with patients in Palliative Care and people in the end of the live. I love my job and my quiet life here.

My name is Laura. I'm 33 years old.

I'm from Barcelona but always I have lived in Vilanova i la Geltrú.

In 2019 I decided to move to Pyrenees because I got a job. I work in Andorra in a medical center, I'm a X-Ray technician.

I live in La Seu with my boyfriend.

I'm a mountain lover. I practise diferents sports like, cycling, climbing, trail, skii...but sometimes I need go to the beach.

Lastly I'm pregnant and I'll try to finish the course but it maybe a little difficult.

Hi colleagues! I'm Sònia, and I'm 49, I'm a graphic designer, and I'm working hard to sale things online in a big company. I'm living in a little village near of Coll de Nargó since 2012, I have three children, one girl is 12 and the other are twins of eleven.

Before, I was living all my life in Barcelona until I was 31. Here, I've got a lot of pets and a big garden for relaxing in the weekends. I love going to the gym and with my husband we enjoy passing time with my friends and making barbecues.

Hello everyone, my name is Juanma and I am 55 years old. I’m from a small town in Catalonia called Capellades, but I have been living in Andorra for the last five years. I have three children, who are 24, 20 and 15 years old. They live in Barcelona with their mother, so I travel to Barcelona twice a week to visit them.

In my free time, I enjoy reading books and playing chess. I have also been learning English for three years because I think it is very important and useful. At the weekends, I usually work on a house that I have in the Monegros Desert. My plan is to retire there in the future, because I love the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of that place.

Hi! I’m Maria Pilar. I was born in Sant Feliu de Guíxols which is a town in the Costa Brava. I have always lived near the sea, but now I have lived in La Seu d'Urgell for 15 years. Here I learned fons skiing and hiking in the mountains. My favorite hobbies are scrapbooking, walking with my dog, and traveling.

I have a small dog called Carina. She doesn't like walking in the mountains, she prefers going shopping in Andorra!

I speak Italian because I lived for one year in Milan. I need to learn English because I love traveling around the world. In the winter, I'm going to visit the Canary Islands because the weather is quiet and hot. Also, I like the Christmas markets in North Europe for example Germany or Belgium.
