My name is Phương Anh. Now, I'm working as an accountant for a cosmetic company. In my office, there is an office desk, office chair, filing cabinet, these are the basic supplies of the office. On the desk, I have a computer with a mouse and keyboard. I usually work on this computer because of the nature of my work. Besides; I also have a calculator to calculate; a notebook to record the to-do list; highlighters to mark special attention to something; items to organize documents like tape, paper clips, folder and some basic items like pens, pencils, eraser, ruler and stamp. I like the computer the most because it's very useful, smart and helps me complete my work quickly.

In terms of behavior, they should have good manners, respect and get along with their colleagues. They should talk about general topics or work topics. So that they can do their job well and become more professional. Last week, while I was working, I had a problem with office printer. It stopped working when I needed it to print some important documents. This made me quite worried because I was about to report to my manager. Luckily, I found another printer on the second floor and printed documents for my manager. After that, I contacted the technician to repair this printer . From this problem, I learned to check the equipment before using it or prepare alternative solutions.
