This February, let’s add flair to our Valentine's Day celebrations! Instead of color-coding your clothes, we’re bringing a fun and colorful twist—color-coded ribbons that you can pin to your attire! It’s a great way to show some love and appreciation to your colleagues, all while celebrating the spirit of Malasakit. 💘

Here’s How You Can Participate:

1. Pick Your Ribbon: Each team member should put ribbon to their colleagues.

• 💖 Red Ribbon: Nominate a colleague who has shown great care and dedication—just like the love and kindness that Valentine's Day celebrates!

• 💙 Blue Ribbon: Show appreciation to a teammate who consistently demonstrates teamwork and support, making them a true Malasakit hero.

• 💚 Green Ribbon: Recognize someone who brings positive energy, motivates others, and fosters a sense of hope and growth within the team.

• 💛 Yellow Ribbon: Celebrate a colleague who radiates positivity, is always willing to lend a hand, and spreads joy throughout the workplace.

• 🧡 Orange Ribbon: Nominate someone who goes the extra mile in creating a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment.

• 💜 Purple Ribbon: Show admiration for a teammate who demonstrates resilience, strength, and perseverance in the face of challenges.

• 🖤 Black Ribbon: Recognize someone who consistently exemplifies professionalism, reliability, and commitment to their work, no matter what.

• 🤍 White Ribbon: Honor a colleague who has shown exceptional integrity, transparency, and dedication to ethical practices in all their interactions.

2. Pin the Ribbon: Attach the ribbon to your uniform and your colleague’s uniform and wear it proudly to symbolize your participation in spreading Malasakit.

3. Take a Photo: Capture the moment you pin the ribbon to the colleague you’re nominating and share it on our Padlet page! Don’t forget to write a short note about why they deserve the Care Ally award.

4. Spread the Love: Every picture posted with your ribbon nomination enters both you and your nominee for a chance to win a special Valentine’s Day-themed prize! 🎁 Don't forget to indicate your name and your nominee's name.
