    • please call us headmates, not alters!

    • there are littles, age regressors, pet regressors, and headmates that hold a lot of trauma, please be nice.

    • if you don't know how to use a pronoun set, resort to they/them and ask! we won't be offended.

    • if you don't know who's fronting and can't ask us, refer to us as void and use it/its.

    • use it/its to refer to the body.

    • time flows differently in the innerworld compared to the world the body is living in.

    • we sometimes forget to tone tag things, or have headmates that don't use them because it makes things harder for them. assume that we're being non-threatening and friendly!

    • some of us require tone tag use, please be patient with us.
