When the prime and the target are related people are faster and more accurate at judging whether the two color dots are the same color or different colors.</p><p>Good categories members have high prototypicality and stronger, faster priming. On the right is the sequence of events in a priming experiment along with an empty graph. The three condiions in the graph represent Primed+High Prototypicality, Primed+Low Prototypicality, and Unprimed (i.e. red is not related to the prime 'green').
