The eggs from the hens, and the milk from the cows, could now be used for the animals themselves and not for Mr Jones to take it all away and sell it for his own good. There also wouldn't be any disagreements between the animals as, without any humans interfering, they can cooperate with each other easily, and get work done, the way they want to.

It was a utopian life they acquired where they were an independent mass, under the control of nobody and their life saw no absence of liberty and freedom.

Cons- Though the animals got what they wanted, they may undergo struggles in adapting to their new life. Now that they were an independent mass, They were in check and control of themselves. Given to the fact that this was new to them, it could have been hard for them to encounter. Pros- 

1)  You can use animal products to aid yourself and society. For example, milk from cows and eggs from hens.
2) If you are motivated, you can be extremely healthy as you will be having organic products with no induced hormones and live a healthy and better life
3)  The farms are far away from the city in most places which results in cleaner air with less toxins and pollutants
 
Cons
1) Away from cities which could lead to less job offers and work offers
2) No stable way of earning if the land dries up 
3) A lot of money spent on things like insecticides and everything could be spoilt if harmful pests like locusts destroy the crop
4)  The animals could revolutionize and kick you from your farm
